We replaced the OEM Toyo tires at 7000 miles due to shake/vibration. Found one tire had a flat spot. Replaced with four Firestone Destination LE2. Very pleased with them, they are quiet and give a nice ride. So far have given good traction in the rain. YMMV

You're in Texas. See much snow? If not, find a summer performance tire. A summer performance tire will also give better wet performance than an A/S. Not many to choose from, I'd suggest the Michelin Sport 4 SUV
No consideration about many things before recommending ?

Some of the worst blizzards and snowstorms I've driven in have been in Texas. I still remember driving a 95 4Runner out of Amarillo in terrible snow with an ice base and seeing a snowplow headed in the opposite direction. Over the CB, some wag exclaimed, "Wow! Texas does have a snowplow!"
