Default Still Having Oil Pressure Out of Ramge

Hi, had issues over 6 months ago with engine light and oil light coming on, car did go Into limp mode. Had oil filter changed and serviced, was OK for a few months, now back to engine light and oil light on, only driven 600 miles since I had the oil and filter changed thinking it was thr regen putting diesel in to oil, oil was higher. This time oil is at a level similar to what it was.last time it was changed. When this happens the temp light is red. Any one had similar? Been on diagnostic machin after amd at the time of lights coming on and reads oil pressure out of range. DPF ever comes on and doesn't go Into limp mode. Any ideas

You need someone to hook up a scan tool with live data and monitor the oil pressure at idle, 1,000rpm 2,500 rpm & 4,000rpm and compare to manufactures specifications.

Most likely the oil pick-up is blocked and requires replacing, along with a full internal clean out of carbon build up in the head area.

Thanks for the reply. The strainer has been replaced, the rings have been replaced, engine cleaned or cleaner put in the oil if this is the same as cleaning the head area, or do I need a full carbon clean, changed oil, filter, air filter, sump cleaned out already. No error codes come up and car never goes in to limp mode, which I thought it would. Mechanic is looking at the oil pump and solenoid's now to see if any of those have malfunctioned. Also been on a diagnostic a number of times with live reading of oil pressure, the oil pressure isn't going up. The only other thing to check is the sensor switch, would a faulty sensor give false readings when engine is having the pressure read when driving?
