The question was in fact asked and answered a few times.
At some point owners need to use their brain and read between the lines or go on the internet and look for empirical data and information published by credible and also verifiable authors and resourced information. Just got to do the extra work to see where that actual information came from. Lots of BULL sht on the internet.

There is no wording "mandated" in any auto manufactured service guides and most of the wording does not even state required only recommended.

It English but I am sure can easily be translated in other languages that will still by definition be the same.

there are actually across the board from A-Z auto manufacture that have the model the state REQUIRED in the service scheduling.

I should also advise to educate you that at least in the US read completely the legal long version not the short one
Magnuson–Moss Warranty Act - Wikipedia

I finally received a clarification from Mazda Canada on this question. The Maximum time limit between services, even for me in Canada is twelve months, as in the US. This will satisfy the warranty, even for me. The recommended interval for those in Canada and for those in dry dusty or snowy areas or long periods of idling . etc is 6 months, but again , you will not invalidate your warranty by exceeding 6 months, as long as it does not exceed 12 months. I am happy to do it every six .

That is what I would've expected, and I'm glad you got the answer you needed, and it was what you wanted.
Thank you for letting us know.

After some time -- and checking the oil -- you will get your own common sense oil change intervals -- its really not that complicated - not being rude -- just better to over service than under - enjoy the vehicle
