Okay- so I got the appropriate SD Navigation card (from Navi World as someone on this forum mentioned) for my 2023 CX-5 Turbo. I installed the card. Started the engine. Pushed the "Navigation" button- and nothing happened. I still get the message that my vehicle is equipped for navigation, but I need the card. I have reached out to Navi World but, in the meantime, does anyone have any ideas as to what I might be doing wrong?

That means it's a dud and won't work. See what Navi World says, but save the one on Amazon in the mean time...

 

Did you get an actual SD Card from NaviWorld? For me, they gave me a zip file and instructions on what to do. I followed the instructions and had no issues.

 

I just received a Navi World SD card, and it did not work. Same symptoms as the OP, just no recognition of the card whatsoever. I contacted Navi World and the reply was "Hello - Let me double check". That was just yesterday, but I am not impressed so far. 2022 Premium Plus.
