Mazda 2017 CX-5
I have a problem with the SD card.
When the card is connected, the monitor is black and the Mazda logo keeps spinning. I found a bulletin from Mazda online regarding faulty cards. Can anyone comment on this and suggest the next steps I should take?

Reading that, it sounds like you should take it to your dealer and see if the TSB applies to your card and/or whether it might be a hardware problem. It's a different problem if you have a 3rd party non-Mazda card. I'm not familiar with the newer nav system (mine runs the old Tom Tom software). If it were my card and it was third party, I'd put it into a Windows computer and do a disk copy to a new SD card and then run a chkdsk on the new card. If that corrects problems, try the new card in the car.
I have had card problems on my older system that I have corrected with chkdsk, but, as I said, I'm not familiar with the format of the newer nave systems, so doing anything to your original card is at your own risk. In my old system, my Mazda card went bad a number of years ago, but I had made an image backup of the card when I first got the vehicle and was able to make a new card from that backup and then update it. I'm still using that one.
Someone familiar with the formats on the newer cards will hopefully chime in and correct anything I've said that doesn't properly apply to the new system.
The card is original, and I checked the numbers on the card, and it looks like my card has the last 6 digits listed on TSB. I will contact the dealer and we will see what they say.

If you want to make smarter decisions while playing online slots, finding accurate casino RTP (Return to Player) information is key. Many players overlook how much RTP can vary between casinos, even for the same game, which can significantly impact long-term results. Tools like FindMyRTP make it easy to check RTP values for different slots and compare them across multiple casinos, ensuring you choose the best options for your play style. In addition, most games display RTP in the 'Game Information' or 'How to Play' section, providing transparency before you place a bet. Keep in mind that some casinos offer multiple RTP versions of a slot, so checking each platform is important. By consistently using these resources to find casino RTP info, you can maximize potential returns, minimize surprises, and enjoy a more informed and strategic gaming experience.

Solid troubleshooting advice — backing up and testing on a new SD card is a smart move before risking the original. Hopefully someone with newer system experience can confirm the details.

Update
I went to two Mazda dealers.
The first one didn't want to replace the SD card, the second one, where I bought my new Mazda and have been servicing it from the beginning, also had reservations about the replacement, but after talking to the manager and mentioning that I am a long-time customer, they replaced my SD card with a new one. The card is now working without any issues, and the screen is also problem-free.
