Anybody had issues with CX5 vacuum sensors or turbo. 2012 diesel with no previous issues, unlike the other daughters car. Suddenly started shuddering at low speeds. when i got to her car found some sort of oily film underneath but no apparent oil leaks. engine idling ok but when put in drive it acted like it was missing ?. when accelerated it felt like it kicked in and ran fine until you slowed to low speed. Took it to Mazda dealer. reccomend vacuum sensor (x3) change at $1200 but may not be problem. WTF. Or small turbo issue. God knows what that estimate will be. dealer said, ok to drive until any possible work done.
Has anyone had this issue. I have done some reading and maybe turbo getting blocked by dpf, egr??
amazing that supposed experts couldnt diagnose this problem, so before spending another fortune has anyone got any ideas re cause, solution?
