Recommended Tire Pressure - 38PSI

For a good, reliable reading of tire pressure, consider a gauge by G.H. Meiser: Accu-Gage H60X.
If setting at a fueling station's gauge, you could set the pressure to several PSI above your desired setting, head home, then the next morning use a decent gauge to set it exactly yourself (before you start to drive the car that day).

For basic inflation at home (or while traveling), something like this works reasonably well: Slime tire inflator (#40052). Can run from the car's 12V or cigarette lighter plug. You can set the desired pressure, and the machine will automatically stop once the pressure is reached.

GAsierra; posted a couple of good choices, however whatever gauge you get you need to confirm that they are accurate and if not do the math adjusting for their inaccuracy.
