Default Rear passenger side window won't fully roll up

I have a 2015 Mazda Cx5. The rear passenger side window rolls up but stops about a inch from being fully closed. The motor is working and the buttons are responsive for rolling up/down. It just doesn't seem to fully close. No other issues with any other windows. Any idea what could be wrong?

I'm having the exact same issue on my 2015...did you ever hear back on any sort of fix?

I have not found a fix yet. Made an appointment to take it in for them to look at it.

Just an idea as I don’t have a 2015, but I recall in other cars I have owned with automatic up/down windows, just as there are anti-pinch sensors, there’s is a way to reset the auto up down stops. Have you looked in the manual for how to reset?

Any updates on this? I seem to be having the same issue. The window stops about 1" from the top and it feels loose, I can even push it up the rest of the way with my hand. Hoping this isn't a difficult/ expensive fix.
