I buy the Power Stop Z23 kit for my daily drivers it's about the same price.
Slotted rotors look great but are not really necessary unless you do track days with your CX-5 or live on the top a of a curvy mountain road.
They've been around since 1995(?) and have been a noticeable improvement when upgrading over stock and the quality has not varied.
Being retired I no longer have the "disposable income" for full Bembo systems that I generally upgraded to if they weren't already the stock system on my previous vehicles.

Yes they do. This is my other street driven vehcle. Not a Mazda.
