Same, my ears are completely shot (I'm 42) due to attending too many concerts in my teenage years without hearing protection. Regardless, the 4 speakers are pretty weak. The only really good audio system I've ever heard was in a 2019 Acura RDX Advance--it was mind blowing. Other than that, they're more or less the same to me.

 

I had repeated ear infections as a kid because my parents were heavy smokers. Later on, I engaged in competitive shooting, racing (often with zoomies), music on the loud side, working in a factory for several years before ear protection became common, worked security in rock concerts and I'm just plain old. I looked into getting a hearing aid but most of it is nerve deafness and what I need is $25,000 plus $75,000 to put it in. Medicare won't pay for that.
