Order from Mazda non-standard exterior/interior

Anyone know if Mazda allows you to order "off the board"? I'd like the Deep Crystal Blue Mica exterior but with Black interior.

No, the only companies I know of who allow such non-standard things are Porsche and BMW (on some models).
