I have a 2021 CX-5 that stopped connecting to the Mazda Connected Services about 3 weeks ago. Called Mazda and they couldn't help and referred us to the dealer. Took car to dealer and they didn't understand why Mazda referred us there. I've turned Connected Services off and on in the car with no luck. I know older models using 3G were going to lose this feature, but according to Mazda that doesn't apply to 2021. Anyone else having this issue or have a solution?
