The plot thickens; it seems you need to discard MAZDA TOOLBOX s/ware, if you have latest SATNAV [11" Screen], and
only use MAZDA UPDATE TOOLBOX.

Inserting my MAP SD yet again in my Windows 11 laptop, opening Update Toolbox, I'm now seeing slow progress,
but card is being updated with the March updates

 

Your photo of the SD card shows almost the same label as mine. My code number is "KAAA 66 EZ1", without your trailing "A".

Therefore, it makes sense to update this map with Mazda Update Toolbox (the latest Toolbox version), as I mentioned three times in my replies to your question:
"Did you download and install the toolbox from https://mazda.update-mapnavi.com/?"

Glad it all worked out!
Please note that it may take many hours for the update to complete.

If it is already corrupted, give it a try to repair with Windows and perform the update again without making a backup.

 

You have an 11" screen? I was not aware there was anything larger than 10.25" for the current CX-5. After doing a bit research I think you have a 10.25" screen. Don't think there is an 11" available. The next size up is the CX-90's 12.3" screen
