Default Mazda CX5 2021 Android Auto Problem DRAIN Mobile Battery

Hi

I have Mazda CX5 2021 and the Android Auto used to work fine, using Samsung Ultra 21, suddenly when I connect my phone it starts to drain my phone battery and I can not use the touch even if car not moving, If I connect my Iphone I do not have this problem

I tried about 10 other Android phone and they all make the same.

If any one faced same problem please update me with solution, as the company diagnostic result there is not problem at all in the car.

Being it is still under warranty I would take it to the dealer and show them your issue.

There have been some issues with some updated Android apps not working or disconnecting but I haven't seen anything about draining power.
Though if the phone keeps trying to connect and can't, that will drain power.
Some things to try:
Make sure it is not disabled in your infotainment system.
Make sure the auto launch is enabled.
Make sure it is set to allow launch when the phone is locked.
If none of that works, try turning off Bluetooth on your phone.
Delete CX-5 from your phone and then try a reconnect with the USB cable.
Make sure your cable is good and try manually connecting with it.
You can try the latest update and some owners have said the old version works fine (pre 2021 if you can find it).

I would try a different cable to see if the Android Auto works better.
