Im new to the whole mazda club but must say dont regret the decision for one second.

On to the qeustions - explennations.

I bought my car second hand and the previous idiot decided to take out the data card.....now my car is stuck in china with some chinese and some english on my dash readings...will a data card fix that?will a second hand data card work that came from another car?

Then in the roof under the driver side sunvisor (rh) for me there is a plastic hole with 2 plugs....any idee what should be plugged in there as that was taken out as well.

I don't think the missing SD card has anything to do with the language.

 

This video will show you how to change language, unfortunately it is Japanese, but you should be able to visually follow it.
As for the holes in the driver's visor, I don't know of any Mazda accessories that would go there.
However, many people mount garage/gate openers and other such items on their visors.

 

There would of been a Toll Tag mounted above the sun visor.
