I have a right hand drive CX5 2.5l individual. I need to change the headlights to drive in Europe - left hand drive. I am looking for the spec sheet for these left hand drive headlights firstly to see if they will fit the right hand drive vehicle (electrics) and secondly to know what model number to order.
Mazda Portugal have been very unhelpful and will not share the spec sheets. They will order headlights but cannot guarantee they will fit, and if not, they will not take them back.

 

How come the headlights need to be changed? Is it in the rules/laws?

 

to matriculate the vehicle in order to obtain Portuguese license plates, the headlights have to be changed from right hand drive to left hand drive. This is the law here in Portugal. The entire headlight/s needs replacing.
