Default Low RPM engine whine?

22' CE
Anyone have this at low RPM? Its just when the car is shifting at low speeds. Once the RPM drops, its normal. The car has 200 miles on it and its sounded like this from the start. Didn't think anything of it but its peculiar. Under harder acceleration, it can be passed off as normal but it just sounds weird at lower RPM. It seems most have been told from dealers that its normal.

I took new videos of mine both in park and in drive at low speeds.

Thanks!

I used to hear but then realized it was only when my mother-in-law was in the car

Are you sure this whine sound isn't coming from speakers? Recently Mazda has been adding artificial engine sound in their turbo cars, maybe CX5 got it now with type B infotainment.
Record sound with your phone right on top of speakers and move it away. Fake sound is generated directly in audio amplifier and by design cannot be controlled from volume control and keeps working even when infotainment system is off.

Wow! Any way to defeat that. I removed the ISE (induction sound enhancer) from my MX5, but it was mechanical.
