Default Rear panel molding

I backed my 2013 CX-5 into my neighbors car. It didn’t do any damage except the clips that fasten the rear molding appear to have broken and now this piece sticks out which looks bad. Autobody place wanted $1,800. I thought I could buy the clips and try to re-fasten the molding myself. To get access, I think I would need to remove paneling from inside cargo area. All advice and recommendations are welcome.

Below is a video on how to replace bumper cover but it will show you how to get to the bracket.
The "clips" are actually one single piece bracket.
The part number is KD53-50-2H1A for the right-side it is called a bumper cover retaining bracket.
