Default Lost Access to Entertainment Option

I'll be going back to the dealer tomorrow, but I brought home my brand new 2019 CX-5 GT and while I was playing with the new functions, I suddenly lost access to my entertainment menu. I did see a symbol on the screen that looked like the voice recognition button but with a red circle crossed out. The only thing I can think of is to disconnect my battery, but I wanted to see if I may have accessed some sort of "shortcut" to disable this option. Any advice? (Edited for my fail l voice to text typing! Added MY as well)

The first thing that you need to do is to shut your CAPS LOCK key off.

The second is to tell us about what MY CX you have.

If the Mazda CMU freezes or locks up while driving – or if for any reason you need to reset the CMU – you can reset it without turning off the ignition by pressing the following button combination and holding it for 10 seconds.

Back+Mute+Nav

The infotainment screen will go black then display the Mazda logo as the unit finishes rebooting.

Scroll thru to the last Tab/page, select language & check what language its set to. I know UK english has less options than Australian English ( in my market ) don't know what versions of english you have.
