Default Jerkiness

Good morning fellow Mazda owners, I'm trying to troubleshoot something that my 2014 has going on. At a steady speed cruising with the torque converter locked up, it has a bit of a jerkiness to it, almost like surging but not that bad. It seems to run smooth and otherwise works fine. It has about 65,000 mi on it. I also can't say for sure, but it seems like it's almost trying to upshift too soon. But I didn't really start paying a lot of attention to this before these issues started so that part may be normal. Has anyone experienced anything like this?

Have you ever flushed gearbox ?, if no, then do so.

I haven't. I have been thinking about doing it though. I will drop and refill the fluid on my next days off.
