Default Japanese to English change to dashboard caused speedo calibration error

Hi used forscan to change my dash from Japanese to English and now my kph is out 30kph reads 50kph on speedo, 50 reads 80 and 80 reads over 100kph. Crazy software glitch. Anyone else seen this and how to resolve it?.

That is a myth. Doing that bad DIY idea could actually cause other power control system to have issues.
About the only real thing that ever accomplishes is if you have a check engine light it will only turn off the dash light the DTC remains in the ECU until the cause was corrected, or the engine goes through several cycles and find the issue that caused the DTC is no longer there. Also disconnecting the battery completely resets all your I/M monitors. This means they are all not in readiness until you actually drive 50-100 miles and or go through several complete engine cycles. This always makes diagnosis issues more time consuming.
We all know by now the internet and DIY is more likely to be wrong bad or half the correct information by now???

Now one could say even my information but................
