Infotainment Hack On ‘17 not working?

wondering if anyone had been able to hack the ‘17 cx5 to allow touchscreen use while driving. I can’t seem to get it to go into the editing mode.

Wondering if this will change when we hopefully (ever) get the Android Auto / Apple CarPlay update. At least Mazda is listed in the supporting car manufacturers list of Apple here: https://www.apple.com/ios/carplay/

Can you hack it to allow the rear view camera when driving forward?
