I have a new 2020 CX-5 and I was trying to connect my dash camera with the fuse tap the I used on my 2018 Mazda 3.
It's the same fuse size but the fuse tap won't connect, it's like the CX-5 fuse panel (by the drivers door) recesses the fuses in and won't allow my fuse tap to work.
Has anyone been able to get a fuse tap to work one the newer (2018 +) CX-5's?

The reviewer had a similar issue and used an ATM tap instead of ATT (same type but longer blades)

 

That was it, I bought the 12V Mini ATM Amp Fuse holder there a little smaller in width but it works without having to splice wire. I have a dash camera again! Thanks for the help
