CX5 - Wireless Qi charger pad
I have just purchased a CX5 and I am having trouble getting my Samsung Ultra 23 to sit on the wireless Qi pad without slipping off. This happened in the dealership before I left but I thought it was user error.
I have taken the phone protection cover off and I still cannot get it to sit on the pad.
Apple phones seem to sit on the pad with no issues.
Anyone have any suggestions?

A silicone case will have much better traction/grip than a TPU case, so you could try that, though it tends to attract dust and needs to be wiped with a wet cloth periodically. With the price of phones, you definitely want to have some kind of case and a tempered glass screen protector.

I have been in touch with the dealership and they are looking into it, no use having a piece of technology that does not work for all phones. I will wait until I get a response.
Maybe try raising your issue with your dealership you purchased from. If you raise the issue Mazda are more likely to do something about it.
