Default Cx5 odd power window problems

Forgive me if this post is long. I’ve searched far and wide for a solution and found none. I have a 2018 cx5…Canadian…. 2 weeks after replacing the battery a problem developed with the power windows which I understand in and of itself is common. The driver’s window works perfectly…auto up/down. The other 3 windows will only respond to the driver’s door buttons maybe 1 out of every 200 tries and even then only for a half block. When trying the buttons on the individual doors it takes 3 pushes to fully open…. it seems to have built in stops….and 3 pushes to fully raise. I have tried every initialisation procedure I could find to no avail so I took it to the dealer. Dealer charged $133 to confirm the buttons didn’t work then blamed a speaker upgrade done 2 years prior to the battery replacement. Dealer also suggested that I might have not replaced the battery correctly. I have rebuilt numerous British sport cars and motorcycles and I’ve never heard of an incorrectly installed battery to say the least. I cannot see an upgrade done 2 years prior to a battery replacement being responsible for a power window failure. The vehicle has no other electrical issues.
I would be grateful for any input from the forum members about resolving this problem. We only have 2 Mazda dealers here and travel is currently pandemic restricted within my province.

Thanks in advance.
