Default CX5 non crank

Hi guys, I have a petrol CX5 I stop
it will not crank, I have full battery (12.8 volts) the push start turns green, the gear indicator shows correctly on the dash board, I have checked all fuses and relays, if I put power directly to the starter relay with IGN on the vehicle will start and drive as normal, but will not start from start button any ideas or advise please

Probably won't work but have you tried placing your FOB up against start button and tried starting?
If that works, the FOB battery needs replacing.
Always possible the start button itself is faulty.

Cool

When was the last time the OP had his battery load tested? A simple voltage reading is useless. A declining battery can cause this issue, have the battery properly load tested.

Good advise ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

This is always a recommend procedure to do first if after changing the remote battery does not have any effect.
