Hello,
I’m having a no crank, no start issue with my 4 cylinder Mazda 6. I’ve tested the battery and cleaned the terminals, it’s good. I also tested the relay and it was good as well so I thought for sure it was the starter so I just replaced it yesterday only to have the same issue. I turn the key and all the dash lights come on but that’s it. No turning over at all, just makes a low humming noise. Does this mean my ignition switch is bad or something else? Any help will be appreciated.
Thank you

It may be a simple thing. And you did mention the battery but I just had my battery replaced because my car didn't crank either. Everything worked just fine, the dash and it's lights came up perfectly fine too.
Fore the real issue was just a dead battery. Well read enough to not have enough juice to turn the starter motor. So replacing that fixed the issue.
What you should also consider is that even if you changed the battery like you did with the starter and you end up with the same issue, your alternator might not charge. But that is worst case scenario if the problem comes up again after fixing it. Hope this helped!

i can take my battery into O’Riley’s and see if it’s good.
So I took my battery and my key fob into O’Reily’s. Car battery was good and I got a new battery installed in the key fob. Still no crank and no start. Here is a picture of the dash lights. Am I missing something simple?
