Hello Everyone:
My wifes CX5 will not start, when I pushed the start button there was a odd loud buzz from the engine compartment and there was no cranking at all, not ever a clicking like a low battery or solenoid problem. All idiot lights came on, the headlights work fine it just will not start. I checked the battery and it read 12.9 volts. I tried to use a OBD2 reader and it did not appear to connect corrrectly it just said read and that was all.
If i need to have it towed to the dealer how do I get it in neutral without being being able to start the engine?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

There's a little plastic "door" on the console next to the shift gate that under which is a release for the shifter. I'm not sure exactly how it works, but it's in your owner's manual.
