It is from attending and acquiring multiple and current certifications going to college, keeping up on the latest technology, automotive service information as an ASE, reading several monthly articles and periodicals in several engineering and auto mechanical a most importantly practical application of learned education over several decades of real-world experience.

The basic problem with what member state when it comes to their experience is the information has no depth, and the total explanation is always one-sided story. I don't need to mention often time less then factual or even realistic, but it is how they see things.
But I do understand the tendency for owner to want to be in a group with like issues, I believe that is defined as crowd mentality.
