Default CX-5 still Smoking after turbo replacement

Hi, I am new to this forum so apologies if my request for help is not in the correct section of the forum.
I've a Mazda CX-5 L NAV 2014 in Diesel 150BHP
Recently had Turbo issues that caused loss of power and had excessive smoke coming out of the exhaust.
But after an expensive Turbo replacement, The car still smokes like hell.
also I noticed it self accelerated in idle mode. when the engine is started in Idle, the needle moves from o to 1 repeatedly.
my local garage are not professionals to diagnose, sadly I found that out too late.
can anyone please help?

Did they use genuine parts?

Did they replace both turbo's?

It's possible the exhaust/mufflers have been filled with oil, & you may never burn it all out.

Hi Grim.
Thank you for your response and is much appreciated.

Yes, I personally bought a NEW turbo twin on ebay
both were pre connected together and replaced.
The exhaust oil was mentioned by the garage also.
is there any way to get rid of that?
and what else could be the issue?

Remove the exhaust, let it idle for a few minutes, give it a medium rev, see if any smoke comes out. This should tell if the oil is from the turbo/engine or reside in the exhaust system.

It will take a lot of driving to clear out the exhaust, you may want to visit a wrecker for a 2nd hand exhaust.
