And frankly you wording that the dealership in your words "comply with those requirements" from Mazda corp. NO THEY DONT. What they BORG lol. But I understand you interpretation of how things were done. Go read your final service invoice again.

I am only pleased that your experience resulted in your satisfaction, but I also followed what you wrote in your several responses which is in your story how you experienced I am just pleased that you are now a happy Mazda owner again.
I am not at all sure of what you are accusing me, but you clearly have an agenda. I do not.

I simply answered a fellow forum member, referring to MY car, MY experience and MY dealership. Anything else you see in my words is strictly from your imagination.

No agenda I have read almost all your responses on this forum. They are very your thoughts and story line. Simple as that. But the thing that you don't understand is the relationship between a Mazda dealership and Mazda corp?
Let me put this thought maybe you will understand... dealerships are privately own business.
They don't comply (your words in a legal sense of a privately owned business to Mazda corp. Simply put had that dealership not had an experienced and like the person working on your Mazda we a factory trained mechanic you WOULD HAVE been sent to another dealership that had one.
And speaking of responses there is one thread that you should feel good that Mazda dealership or Mazda Corp linked to your Mada. LOL

No agenda I just hate crowd mentality in any capacity or subject having to do with anything and especially supporting non fact-based information and spreading the wrong or inaccurate unsupported information when I know better or have professional based experience and knowledge while participating in a thread on any given subject. Now one could ask who really has an agenda? lol
So, let's leave it at that unless you want to post all the service information from the start to your happy resolve on this thread to support some of your assumptions having to do with your Mazda, the dealership and Mazda corp?
