Default CX-5: Halogen stock bulbs to xenon

Hey all. My first time owning a car. Just picked up a CX-5 very recently. I've found the visibility that stock halogen headlamps have to offer are subpar from my previous experience with other vehicles. I was wondering if I could upgrade my halogen bulbs to xenon lights without breaking the bank. Thanks!

There are a couple of options. for $150 you can go quality HID
H11: Morimoto Elite HID System - HID Systems from The Retrofit Source Inc

For about $50 you can replace the stock bulbs with Philips 9011 and get a lot more light. They only require slight trimming of the top locking tab to be a direct replacement. Stock 9005 bulbs are rated at 1700 lumens and the 9011s are rated at 2350 lumens.
