Can't Update CX-5 Radio System
I recently bought a 2015 CX-5 and it's been working great until recently. I've been trying to fix an issue with the bluetooth with no luck. The only thing I haven't tried is updating the software for the radio, as I've read how that can cause bluetooth issues if the system is not up to date. I've been trying to do that with no luck. When I go to the "USB" tab on the radio, I see the Gracenote symbol, but then it will disappear with an error message saying "USB Error". I'm not sure if Gracenote is already up to date or if I installed a bad file onto the drive. I re-installed the same file and nothing changed. I also checked for hidden partitions and didn't find any. The multiple USB drives that I've tried this with were all formatted to FAT32. The USB drive works with music, so I'm confused on why it can't read the Gracenote file.
