Angry bad fuel injectors

My 2014 mazda cx5 grand touring has been wonderful. Only repairs are new batteries and rear brakes. At 60000 miles my engine light came on. I took it to the mazda dealer and they cleaned the fuel injectors and the fuel lines for over $500.. The engine light came back on. Looks like the fuel injectors need to be replaced to the tune of $2300. The car runs fine and I don't know whether it is safe to keep driving or what. I've been advised that this means that my fuel/air mix might not be working correctly. My gas mileage is the same as it's always been. Does anyone have any knowlege on this issue and can offer suggestions? My handiman seems to think he can fix for much less but I'm not sure I want him taking my engine apart.

Some at Mazda did not do the service incorrectly.
You don't do a F/I service for $500 and not do proper testing to find 1 or more fuel injectors that are not passing basic tests before the cleaning service?
Unless the handyman has the equipment to first test the fuel injection system, I am dubious at your miles that all the injectors need replacing. But it does require special fuel injection testing equipment that the average "handyman" does not invest in to have.

I should mention that you did not state what DTC was found and what where the other areas checked in the ECU as well that would help to ID the cause of the check engine light?
You also did not mention what if any engine performance changes both before and after the service from Mazda like idle irregularities, reductions in MPG, acceleration hesitation, power issues cold start changes etc.?.
