Default Advice on listing?

Apologies if this isn't appropriate here but I'm looking for a used cx-5 for my mom. I'm looking for some insight on price. What are the thoughts on this vehicle? Do you think she'd miss a grand touring? The differences don't seem that drastic to me. https://www.cars.com/vehicledetail/d...4847/overview/

Seller has stated no accidents, one owner, is okay with taking it to a mechanic for inspection. Title is currently through Mazda Finance. As an '18 it would still be under warranty. What are thoughts on a good price and is there anything I should look out for? I've bought/sold through private seller before but it was always for vehicles where title was in hand and price was less than $10k.

Thanks in advance!

Take it in for inspection and make sure the carfax is clean with no accidents reported. I use Edmunds and NADA for suggested prices. Also look for comparable cars on Autotrader to see where they sit. Personally, I love my GT and the options it has. If I was buying used it would be the lowest trim I would consider. The car you are looking at is pretty close to a GT with the added options though. Looks pretty clean and mileage is good for an '18.

Looks like a clean car with low mileage. As already suggested here, I would get a carfax and have the car inspected. For current prices, I would check out https://www.edmunds.com/appraisal/
The prices listed there have been pretty close to what I got as deals and what I got when I sold or traded in my cars. Hope this helps.
