Default 2024 MAZDA CX5 - No Speed Camera Announcements

I bought CX5 after driving CX30 for 3 years. In my 2021 CX30 I have speed and red light camera announcement. I bought Mazda CX5 (top model) in June 2024 assuming it would have all the bells and whistles. I was shocked to see that my 2024 Mazda CX5 does not have speed and red light icons on the maps and does not do any announcements. However there is setting in navigation system to select visual and voice announcement settings. I updated the map with Mazda tool box but still have the same issue. The dealer said I can't do anything.

Can anyone guide me where exactly is the problem. Is there a way to complain directly to Mazda?

Unfortunately you are not alone :-(
In the Netherlands we have the same problem and in February we brought it to the attention of Mazda Netherlands.
They say they reported it to Mazda Corporate. They themselves cannot solve the problem.
We have to wait for an update. In the meantime, an update of the infotainment system has been installed and several new map versions of Europe. Unfortunately, the warnings for speed and red light cameras still do not work.
This concerns the CX-5 (sold in The Netherlands) from 2023 with the second generation MAZDA Connect infotainment system (not the first generation MZD Connect infotainment system).
