Hi all,

I have a 2024 CX-5 purchased this past November. Last night when backing up, I noticed the camera angle seems to have changed and now I see part of my bumper and part of my license plate in the info display. Has anyone experienced this and knows what the issue is? It doesn't appear that the camera can be manually maneuvered. I live in northern NJ and the temperature has dropped, so wondering if that has something to do with it? I plan on going to the dealer next week but thought I'd ask here first. TIA for any suggestions/comments.

 

Hard to tell without seeing it first hand. Can you submit pictures for reference? I would definitely schedule an appointment at the dealer.

 

Hi Alexmed2002 - great idea on the pic. Here it is. You can see my white bumper, corner of plate and top corners.

 

Our 2024 CX5 Preferred model back-up camera looks to be the same view as yours. Kinda like a fish-eye isn't it?
