2021 Mazda CX-5 nav card issue

But when you take the card out does it stop rebooting over and over? Please say yes. LOL I just bought a card, not here yet, but if it messes up I don't want to have to make that long trip to the dealer. We had to go out of state to find a Mazda dealer!

The one day I took it out so far, no reboots. I'm going to remove it again when I get to the parking lot today, and leave it out, and see what happens!

Very strange. I bought mine off Ebay as well. No issues so far in over 3k miles.

Did you get yours recently? I know that seems like an odd question seeing as you only have 3k miles, but it would take me 6 months or longer to accumulate that many miles!

Bought mine in May. I only had 2k miles until last week when I had to do a 1k roundtrip for business...

Now I'm worried...just got a card off ebay. I'm a new turbo carbon edition owner. @Raf73 i go through over 3k a month. That's why i got the cx-5. i was racking up miles on my gli. 26k in 7 months!!

Update; took the card out for almost a week, and used Apple Carplay; no reboots. Put it back in after that and had 3 restarts / black screens on startup in one week. Found a post here about cleaning the contacts on the card with a pencil eraser. I cleaned the card, re-inserted it last Saturday; the car had an error at startup and reloaded the nav data. I've driven it Sunday and today, and had no reboots, and the startup is quicker. The issued seems to be bad connectivity at the contacts.
