I have a 2021 Mazda CX-5 (NA) and I'm looking for a Mazda OEM Factory Service/Repair Manual for it. I do pretty much all of my own maintenance and repairs and I have always had an OEM factory manual for my vehicles. Chilton's, Haynes, and others can be helpful, but there is no replacement for the OEM Factory Manual, especially when troubleshooting.

Unfortunately, it seems that hard copy manuals are no longer in vogue. I'd rather have paper when working on a vehicle so I can jot notes for future reference, quickly flip back and forth between pages/sections, etc. Unfortunately, many people these days are so concerned about things being "new" and "high tech" that efficient and useful are no longer priorities. Such is the world we live in.

So I guess I need to source a digital OEM Manual. I'm not looking for a free pirated file. I don't mind paying what something is worth from a reputable seller. But another downside of the digital age is that it's not always easy to know that something is genuine and won't cause any damage before you buy it. I'm looking for recommendations from anyone who has purchased a genuine Mazda OEM Factory Service/Repair Manual for a recent model - one that was downloaded safely and has not caused or been affected by any corruption.

 

If you can specify a place where I can upload +/- 120MB, I have the complete workshop manual you can get for free.

 

Does anyone know where to get a service manual for the 2022 and up? The free manual on mcx5.org appears to have some incorrect information about the oil capacities of the facelift KF, so I suspect that the mid cycle refresh KF has some changes that aren't covered in that manual.

 

I also have done all of my own repairs since the early 70. They can’t put all of the information in one book. I have a 2010 Highlander oem wiring book. 500+ pages. Luckily my youngest grandson is a VW technician now and can access the laptop and find info for me. There is too much information needed for a book that we are used to having. Hope you can justify a subscription service when you need it.

Review didn’t look too good for the site. I don’t like to download from questionable websites. Review says that they have multiple versions of the site with about the same name.

 

I'd check eBay just for the heck of it.

 

I’ve had also struggle with finding a good, trustworthy source for an OEM Factory automotive repair manuals. I purchased one for my CX-5 from workshopmanuals.org, and it’s been excellent. The digital format isn’t my favorite either, but the content is top-notch. It’s definitely worth the peace of mind knowing it’s a legitimate source.
