No but there are downfalls to it most of the time.
First you are WRONG about SAME PROBLEM this is universally impossible! I won't go into why because I might as well be talking to my Cat when it comes to you.
In fact that is the MAIN reason why when a member is having an issue and wants help it is far better to start there own thread which they can give all the relevant information needed about their vehcle just as you would if you went to a dealership or independent service shop.

So let try to put this thread back on topic instead of you trolling threads I participate on.

I am sorry for Calisto's behaviour on this forum.
He thinks he can be the boss here and insult other forum visitors.
This man clearly has a social problem in dealing with other people and needs psychological help.

The best thing is to ignore this person's rude responses and just ask and answer your questions as you see fit.
As far as I'm concerned, he should move to his own forum where he is the only one allowed to answer questions from forum members.
That would make this forum a lot friendlier and more respectful.

Your best advise is to have your Mazda professionally service with a technician that is trained in adjusting headlights properly. Also to contact your government vehcle registration department band ask them to specify directed information regarding the lighting on your vehicle and the requirement for registration are. These vary depending on the country and even county and states if in the USA.
Example in USA California under the BAR there are listing for.

Vehicle safety systems inspections

The short version is yes its registered now but I wish I had broke the law and not registered it after the year's grace (whilst still being insured on green card - definitely don't drive uninsured) given how much hassle and cost it was. I'm not suggesting you do that obviously. On the plus side they did let me keep the technical passport (Ukranian ownership doc) even though their literature says they would keep it.

So for the lights, in the end I bought them individually from ebay - they had likely come off crashed vehicles. Around £150 each. From memory I also needed to buy a wiring harness from MAzda for maybe £70 or so. Getting them changed involved removing the bumper for which there were a couple of youtube videos to help. Basically a bunch of bolts and clips.

Don't forget you likely need to do something about your speedo and rear fog lights.

The second the war stops, I'm planning to put the old lights back on and reconfigure the other things, drive it back to Kyiv and sell it there. Utterly peed off at spending north of 30K for a new car that wasn't covered under Mazda warranty anymore (as out of Ukraine), and is left hand drive.
Hello everyone again. Sorry for violating the forum rules. Actually, I didn't see the point in creating a new topic and comment thread because I've already read them all and there's no concrete and practical answer to our case with Mike. This is a waste of time. For me, the first priority was to talk to Mike, who had a similar experience with a car from Ukraine. I would have gladly written to Mike privately if the forum allowed it. Thanks Mike for the comments - I'm also spending a lot of time and money on this matter now and I'm very angry about it all.

The forum does allow private messaging members.
Just click their name.
Hard lesson to learn but it is best to know all info you need to use/register/inspect a vehicle in another country (what that countries requirements are).
In the USA it can even mean differences by state.
Good luck with your issue.

Yes, now it’s possible. I had such issue once when I just registered here. Maybe it was something related to the mobile version.

I'm not sure, but there might be a minimum number of posts required before you can leave private messages. Many forums have that requirement.

It seems that it was connected to a specific time period with a restriction on messaging someone, even within a thread. However, I might be mistaken, as I was trying to reach different forums at the same time.

The moderator and Administration needed to adjust the posting timing to 60 seconds between posting because of spam abuse.
