Welcome.

The 2020 is a good year with only 50 complaints ever made to the NHTSA.
I have the naturally aspirated 2020 Grand Touring and at 41,000 I'm still very happy with it and the way it handles.
There appears to be no issue for this year NA except the recall for the liftgate power module make sure that has been done.
I also replaced the OEM battery they are CORRECTION: NOT very good and also the OEM Toyo tires that came on it.
I would point out living in Maine we deal with sanded roads in the winter, and I've had to have 3 windshield chips repaired so far which is more than any vehicle I've ever owned.
Not certain if that is due to the windshield, CX-5 design or the size of the "sand" being used on the roads now.
The infotainment center takes some getting used to and it is slow on start-up, it is advisable to let the CX-5 warm up before driving anyway, making it a moot point if you do that.

2020 CX-5 here. Tomorrow I have scheduled an oil change at 175.000 miles. Around 150.000 miles I had to replace the exhaust manifold with the catalytic converter. Replaced the spark plugs over time but still the original ignition coils. Brake pads and belts, normal wear and tear. No major and costly issues other than the exhaust manifold.
