Default 2019 cx5 turbo transmission and audio issues

Couple issues that are likely unrelated but combining into 1 post. Car has Around 27000 miles.

issue1 - transmission seems to hanging in the gears longer than necessary/typical. Upshifts seem to rev out longer and downshifts seem more abrupt. I did verify it was not in sport mode and fluid level is fine. I do have an older Acura MDX that needs a tranny fluid change evert 30k. Does the cx5 also need this or is it something else.

issue 2. The audio when connected/played through an iPhone only plays out the front speakers. We have had numerous issues with the audio system on this thing with random speakers that play but this time it’s fairly consistent.

not sure if there are any good ideas to resolve the above but we may be selling this car. When it does the normal car stuff it’s fun to drive but the somewhat common list of random annoyances are adding up.

The transmission issue should be looked into ASAP at MAZDA. If for any other reason you get the information concern and their findings connected to your VIN.

Mazda shows the MAZDA Transmission in your model is a lifetime no servicing the fluids.
Based on several oil analysis mine included that the fluid does need to be changed. Transmission like engines is new and therefore will have a break in period during which metal and other components will bed or break in and often shed material during the process. Aso there are countless additive and assembly chemicals used that are in the fluid. Doing simple pan service filter and fluid changes will remove most all those contaminates and will also reduce varnish that does form on the valve body and other internals valves and servo's that can cause shifting issue in the future.

This is information is IMHO .......

Issue #2 most likely needs a infotainment software update.
