We have a 2019 CX5 bought new and due to covid it hasn't been driven a lot we have about 19,000 km on it. The rear brakes started grinding and I took it to a nearly service station and he found the EPB was defective.,The dealer didn't want to hear about it and charged me $700 for a new caliper claiming the guys at the service station damaged it. Now a month later the front are making grinding noises . I wrote an email to Mazda Canada and they also refused to give me a break on the brakes or even a 20% off or something. I see through online that there's quite a bit of brake problems when it comes to late model CX5s.Anyone here has a similar story?
