Default 2019 2.5 na using coolant

I had my oil analyzed just to see how my engine was doing at 70k miles. The report said i had high levels of potassium which indicated coolant in tbe oil. I have topped up the coolant resevoir occasionally, but not too much. Has anyone had issues with headgaskets or maybe cracked head or block?

This is not so much to ask other because this is your personal concern So comparing if other had this same issue, they would have had the same year model and milage and have done an oil analysis.

I would strongly do a coolant test ASAP.
Then consider having your cooling system pressure tested.
If it is negative and the pressure is within specification then you should consider getting the cooling system completely flush, cleaned and replaced.

Make sure the shop is aware of your concern and show them the oil analysis.

2019's come within the TSB for the cracked head if I am not mistaken. The only issue is you are at 70k so out of the 5yr/60 powertrain warranty period - unless you have an extended warranty. I would still go to a Mazda dealer and have them take a look. If it is a cracked head as in the TSB - maybe Mazda will give you a goodwill repair.

The TSB info is here : https://www.tsbsearch.com/Mazda/SA-013-22 , but it seems there is typically an oil leak accompanying it.
