Default 2017 cx5 exhaust?

Looking for a better sound than the stock sound without spending 500+$$$$. Any ideas?

Racing Beat hands down. They have always been a class act that turns out fully developed products. IMO, Corksport is kind of a low budget outfit that puts out marginal products. Example: their CX-5 lowering springs drop the car over 3" which is far too much to maintain decent ride and suspension geometry and they don't sell any bits to help restore proper alignment!

If you visit Racing Beat's site they have a couple of video clips of CX-5s with their exhaust system, it sounds pretty good.

That Racing Beat system sounds pretty good on video. I may get that. I do have an aftermarket trailer hitch that may be a problem but for $480 why not. Anyone out there have it and can testify?

The hitch should not be a problem. Dimensionally, RB exhausts are usually very similar to OE units. I have used RB mufflers on two previous Miatas. They have close ties to Mazda and build a quality product that avoids the loud “ricer” sound entirely. Very mellow with no mid-range drone. You won’t be disappointed.
