The car is just over 3 years old and I love it. However the maps are very outdated. Our housing estate has been built 4 years but not on its map which makes me think it may never have been updated. Going to try mazda tool box tomorrow as still under the 100,000 miles mentioned in regards to updates but if its been done in the past will be over the 3 years. Any ideas how to update it without paying a fortune as over £100 to update on mazda site sounds steep. Could get a sat nav for less.

 

Ring your local Mazda dealership service department and ask them for the procedure.

I know in Australia, you download a app & create a account with the Map company, take the SD card out of your vehicle, insert it into your computer & download the maps. Then put the SD card back into your vehicle.
