Default 2016 CX5 GT Turbo Diesel 2.2L

Hi Everyone from Western Australia (she/her)
I purchased a 2016 CX5 GT 2.2 (100,500km) Diesel just two weeks (10/3/24) privately. My mistake unfortunately. In the two weeks I have owned the vehicle, I have done approx. 400kms.
I have experienced limp mode, hunting - (engine needing oxygen), loss of power, loss of revs at 3000rpm, stalling engine and won't restart and DPF malfunction.
13/3/24 I had DPF malfunction warning. Took straight to a mechanic (not Mazda) and they did a service and DPF regeneration. The car performed well for about 6 days.
17/3/24 Experienced loss of power, loss of revs at 3000rpm and car running rough.
19/3/24 I took the vehicle to my local Mazda service team and they did a diagnostic. They advised the vehicle has had the same issues reported to another Mazda service branch in Perth (I live 2 hours south of Perth). They think issue with injectors but after that other issues can occur!

20/9/23 Issue reported by the then owner - DPF light on - vehicle stalling. The Perth Mazda mechanics reported - found carbon buildup with intake manifold requires deep carbon clean.
The Perth Mazda mechanics did the following - Removed intake manifold, EGR and intake pipe as required for cleaning and refit back with new gaskets. Cleared codes and performed forced DPF regeneration. Vehicle did not stall or show any warnings on dash during regeneration. Client to monitor performance.

I am now in the unenviable place of what to do or believe. They said that the injectors should be replaced ($2,500 AUD each x 4) but that would then cause other issues lower down the engine. The local Mazda service team advised that they will write to Mazda Australia to ask for their assistance in how to remedy and also to seek their support financially as the 2016 is notorious for these faults and it is well documented on the internet. Mazda apparently knows of these issues with the diesel in particular 2016 model. The 2016 model also had a recall in 2020 for accumulation of carbon deposits in the engine's intake shutter valve.

The vehicle is parked up at local Mazda service yard as it stalled too many times when I tried to drive it away and was stuck at a busy intersection. I was able to restart after a little and drive the car part of the way but it stalled and luckily, the vehicle coasted to the Mazda service yard!!!!

With all of the above...............HELP!!!!
