2016 CX-5 Question
I bought my wife a 2016 CX-5 Grand Touring w/ Technology package. I noticed there is not a switch to turn on/off the Adaptive Front Lighting System. The dealer told me they quit installing the switch on the 2016 models. Sounds odd to me just trying to verify if this is true. Can anyone out there verify this?
Thank You!!!

Another name for automatic headlamps?
If so, you could install a defeat switch in two different ways, should you choose to.
1. The sensor is on the top of the dashboard. You could pull it up, clip one of the wires and install a switch between the two cut leads. Or
2. Find the lead at the fuse box that controls the AFLS, cut it and install a switch between those two.
I did this second option to my wife's Pontiac Vibe/Toyota Matrix because she hated the lights coming on on their own, as well as the DRL's.

Beyond my knowledge, Man. But knowing how directional LED's tend to be, I don't know why you'd want to defeat a function like that? It seems to be it would be a necessary evil for LED headlamps.
