2016 CX-5 Drive Seat swap to power question?

Hello,
i purchased new my 2016 CX-5 Sport 2.5L i really like my mazda, smooth, quiet, great auto.

i have made some upgrades since it was a Sport level trim.

It comes with Black cloth driver seat. i noticed the plug in under seat is very robust with many wires, but only seat plug side is 2 wires.

Question: if i found & purchased Driver Power electric Seat, will that plug in work? i assume 2013 to 2016 model year, maybe same wiring harness.
Is there a Mazda Tech out there that can confirm seat swap would work?

You do know the cloth upholstery is a bit different from Sport to Touring, right?

i really want a Power driver seat. if Touring cloth seat is real different, i may buy both driver & passenger seats, to be matched.

Will the Plug-In harness work? that is the question.

Did you find the answer or gave it a try? I Would buy a base ‘13 with a stick and upgrade the seats to white leather seats from a ‘16 GT from the local scrap yard.
I did it with my ‘08 Tribute swapped them with seats from a ‘12 Escape Limited perfect plug & play !!
