Everything was working well last night, and have never had any issues with it before. But this morning the touchscreen was totally unresponsive. I've tried powering down, turning the car off and on, etc. No luck.

Is there a way to hard restart, short of pulling the battery? Any help is appreciated and if I stumble upon a fix I'll post it here. Thanks.

 

Remove the Audio fuse & room fuse from the engine bay fusebox. Then refit and check.

 

Yeah, no luck there. Looks like it's going to be a full replacement job. Everything else functions, and I can even get into the service menu, but looks like something in the touchscreen itself is malfunctioning.

 

Take it to the dealer.
